Baton Made the Utah Business Fast 50, But This Isn't Our Win

Baton just landed on the 2026 Utah Business Fast 50, a list of the fastest-growing companies in the state.

It's a nice honor. But if we're being honest, the growth on that list isn't really ours.

It belongs to every plumber, pest control tech, and home service pro who got a call they couldn't take, a job outside their area, outside their schedule, outside their crew's bandwidth, and instead of letting it go to voicemail forever, passed it on. They trusted that somewhere in the network, another pro was ready to pick it up and do right by the customer.

That's the whole model. Baton doesn't grow by being the biggest name in the room. We grow because a plumber in one town and a plumber three towns over decided that turning away work someone else could handle was worse than sharing it.

So the recognition is appreciated. But the credit goes to the partners who show up, refer the job, and trust the handoff.
